Avtar is high intensity and energetic IT leader with 28+ years of global experience. He currently lives in Reading, UK.

He is a Certified Brain-Based Coach from Neuroleadership Institute, New York. He attended Search In Yourself course designed by Google. He read several hundred books in this field, attended numerous seminar/programs of Western Leaders and attended many advance spiritual courses from Art of Living, Isha Yoga, Patanjali, Swami Rama etc. He regularly practices Reiki, meditation and breathing exercises.

His purpose of life is to energise, inspire and empower people to lead them higher, purposeful and fulfilled life. He is passionate about this workshop. This workshop is his ‘Calling’.

In 2003, his quest for the deeper meaning of life led him to move to India, after living and building a successful career in the UK for 10 years. In India, he came into contact with an elevated soul who introduced him to Reiki and field of spirituality. He developed a passionate interest in the field of neuroscience and psychology to seek logical answers about life. This led him to attend various courses and read several books on these subjects.

In India, he led a large team of over 800+ people. He mentored and groomed many leaders in the organization through personal coaching and formal lectures. He observed many are leading a life in automatic mode, without any clear purpose. They have an undercurrent of dissatisfaction from their life; a sense that things could be better and feeling of helplessness. This sums up the life for most of the corporate executive. In this fast-paced digital age, there are more means for our living but the lesser meaning in our life.

He began to apply most of his knowledge from the western and eastern world into his teams. The results were outstanding. The team’s performance, morale and energy rocketed. This encouraged him to put his knowledge in a structured workshop format.

Spiritual Gurus teach solutions that are difficult to incorporate with hectic corporate life. Similarly, most self-help books make change sounds very easy and wrongly assume all people are at the same level of awareness. It is like teaching the primary school child with a college level book. The content is rich but it will put the child in awe and make him disinterested in the subject.  

He bridged this gap between various teachings by designing this unique transformation workshop combining his corporate experience of managing large teams and his deep knowledge of psychology, neuroscience and spirituality.

He has conducted these workshops across India, US and UK. Hundreds of people have benefitted from these workshops.

He has been daily practising Reiki and exercises taught in this workshop since 2005. It has a tremendous impact in boosting his energy levels, positive thinking and managing emotions.

He has held various leadership positions in CSC, Polaris, Virgin Money, Oracle Corp, Brown Shipley, and ITC.

He is an Engineering Graduate from MNNIT, Allahabad and holds a post-graduate degree in Industrial Management from NITIE, Mumbai.
